Hey, my name is Chad and I am one big fellow! You know life started out pretty good for me! I was here as a puppy and I got adopted. Things went just great for a while, then one day I found myself riding in the back of the big blue Animal Control truck. I was back at the shelter where I started. I figured that my family would come to pick me up, but they did not. Now I must find a new home. I have all of my vaccinations, I have a microchip, and I was already neutered. Unfortunately, my heartworm test came back positive, because my other family did not give me my heartworm preventative. FORTUNATELY, a kind donor has stepped up and paid for my heartworm treatment and I have already had my first round and I am feeling great! Gosh, how lucky do you think I feel? While I have been here I have been working on some new tricks. I know how to sit and shake on command. The great folks here are working hard to find me a new home. Would you come out for a visit? I bet you would like me.
